Compare one-way yacht charter routes between Split and Dubrovnik

Route selection for guests who want to finish in a different city than they started

Most ABA VELA guests start and finish in Split, because our base is in ACI Marina Split and Central Dalmatia already offers a rich one-week sailing area. But for guests who want to connect Split and Dubrovnik in a single charter week, ABA VELA also offers one-way sailing routes in both directions.

One-way charter is not the standard base flow, so it is handled as an extra service. A one-way fee is added to the booking, and ABA VELA organizes the skipper transfer needed to reposition the yacht either back to Split after your charter or to Dubrovnik before your charter begins.

How one-way charter works with ABA VELA
  • • The ABA VELA home base is in ACI Marina Split
  • • One-way charter between Split and Dubrovnik is available on request
  • • A one-way fee of 500 EUR is added to the booking
  • • The fee covers skipper repositioning and transfer fuel
  • • Split → Dubrovnik route: after your charter ends in Dubrovnik, ABA VELA skipper sails the yacht back to Split
  • • Dubrovnik → Split route: before your charter starts in Dubrovnik, ABA VELA skipper brings the yacht from Split to Dubrovnik
  • • Availability must be confirmed directly with the ABA VELA team

Important planning note

One-way charter helps you see more coastline in one week, but it is not the same as a standard round-trip from Split. The yacht still has to be repositioned outside your sailing week, which is why the one-way service is arranged as an extra booking item and confirmed directly with the ABA VELA team.

Planning a one-way week?

Send your dates, preferred direction, crew size and boat choice, and ABA VELA will confirm whether the one-way service is available for your charter.
