The tool supports both a new-boat scenario and a second-hand scenario. It keeps market data, benchmark costs, and editable assumptions separate on purpose, so the numbers stay transparent instead of hiding everything behind one headline.
How to use the calculator
1. Choose the boat profile
Set boat type, cabins, LOA, build year, region, discount level, and owner-use weeks. Switch between new and second-hand mode near the top of the tool.
2. Review the peer set
The calculator shows how many Croatia boats match the current filters and builds a seasonal charter price curve from the stored peer data.
3. Send the working scenario
If the scenario looks sensible, send it directly to ABA VELA for a practical conversation about the boat, setup, and ownership fit.
